 Delivery Driver: Regular Part time
 

Job Summary: 
The Driver’s Assistant must provide outstanding Customer Service through the delivery process to all customers and internal employees.  The Driver’s Assistant is accountable for his/her own safety insuring that all processes and procedures are completed in a safe manner.  He/She must understand and use proper lifting and moving techniques.  All Assistants must place a high priority on delivering quality Molbak’s products in excellent condition.  All drivers must obey the current rules of the road. 


Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
*Must be proficient in assisting with the delivery/set-up process of live goods, statuary and containers, furniture, fountain, commercial goods, hard goods and holiday decor. 
*Timely completion and submission of all paperwork.
*Provide outstanding Customer Service to customers and internal employees with respect and a smile.  Thank the customer for their business.
*Build positive team relationships.
*Demonstrate accountability, ownership, quality, and initiative in all of your work.
*Maintain vehicle tidiness and report any mechanical issues to the manager and the Facilities
  department.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*Demonstrate outstanding customer service.
*Able to lift heavy and/or large objects up to 80lbs and be able to load/unload safely without
  risk of personal injury or damage to the product.

*Maintain a thorough understanding of our radio system, cell phone, and voicemail use.
*Maintain professional verbal/written communication.
*Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
*Must be dependable and timely, flexible and consistent.

Education/Experience:
*Post high school education desired.
*Forklift operation and certification required.
*First Aid, CPR desired.

Working Environment:
*Variable hours seven days a week as needed.
*Driver’s Assistants load, unload, and deliver merchandise in all weather conditions requiring
  strict attention to safety.

Customer Support: Seasonal Part time.

 
Job Summary:  A Customer Support person is key to providing outstanding Customer Service.  This is a job that is full of variety, from helping customers load their vehicles to rounding up and securing carts, to helping with all types of set-ups and take down projects.  All of our internal departments count on Customer Support to assist them meet the needs of our employees and our customers on a daily basis.
 Principle Duties and Responsibilities: 
*Customers are your number one priority.
*Assist customers with their purchases and thank them.
*Provide outstanding service to customers and internal employees, with respect and a smile.
*Support the store in moving merchandise, stocking all supplies needed at the registers, and
   assisting all departments as needed, with a strong sense of urgency.
*Build positive team relationships. 
*Organize the shopping carts so they are readily available for our customers.
*Take out all the garbage and break down boxes.
*Seasonal duties include but not limited to: filling water jugs at every information booth and
register area throughout the day, moving Christmas trees, supporting the Furniture Department, setting up events, etc.
*Assisting with Roll-Up and Moveable Walls.
*Demonstrate a positive attitude.  Be an open, honest, & direct communicator.
*Demonstrate ownership, accountability, initiative and quality in your work.
*Use time wisely, work independently, remain busy at all times.
*Inspire a team environment.  Assist in the growth of co-workers, set goals for you.
*Take down the flag nightly.  Change the reader board as needed.
 *Close and secure the store with the Manager-on-Duty.
*Correctly & efficiently use all systems that directly apply to Customer Support including radio.
 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
*Know, understand, and represent outstanding Customer Service.
*Able to prioritize and multi-task.
*Able to walk several miles daily to cover 4 acre retail site.
*Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50lbs throughout the day.
*Able to work standing, bending, moving, or lifting up to 100% of the day.
 Education/Experience:
*A high school graduate or equivalent.
*Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service.
 Working Environment:  *Able to work both inside and outside in all weather conditions.

Inventory Availability Coordinator:  Regular Full time

Job Summary:  The Inventory Availability Coordinator supports our growing operation by maintaining up to date inventory availabilities for both internal and external customers. This position also tracks the flow of inventory throughout the production facility in various system databases and software programs.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Examines crops for readiness.
• Data entry of plant inventory levels in a timely and efficient manner into inventory system.
• Maintain plant SKU file information in the inventory system.
• Reconciliation, communication and resolution of all variances to internal customers.
• Print all price labels and care tags for inventory ready for shipment.
• Maintain customer information in computer database.
• Ability to help multiple customers simultaneously and able to transition from one task to another with ease and efficiency.
• Continuous development of industry knowledge.
• Participate in company meetings and training programs.
• Other administrative and production duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or five years experience in industry sales.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.  Excel proficiency a must.
• Excellent knowledge of green industry standards
• Excellent knowledge of horticultural production terminology and order fulfillment terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• High level of detail orientation.
• Mathematical aptitude
• Washington State CPH a plus.

Working Environment: 
• Molbak’s Plant Farm offices are located at our Redmond, WA production facility.
• Able to work inside or outside with exposure to extremes of weather & temperature.
• Able to work standing, walking bending, moving, or lifting up to 100% of the day.
• Able to work longer hours on a seasonal basis.
• Able to work weekends on a seasonal basis.
• Able to work as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 6 p.m. on a seasonal basis.
• Desire to live the brand, support the culture, & maintain a high level of energy & enthusiasm.
• Able to speak Spanish a plus.

Job Summary: 
 The Wholesale Sales Manager is responsible for growing the wholesale business by researching, identifying and delivering profitable business opportunities with new and existing customers. The Sales Manager develops and executes sales and business development plans while evaluating all revenue generating opportunities. In addition, the manager will analyze future needs of plant materials to complete future customer projects. Compensation will be base salary plus commission, DOE.

 Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or 5 years experience in industry sales.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer applications. Excel proficiency a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of green industry trends.
  • Proven track record of successful new business development and demonstration of strong customer relations.
  • Excellent communication and written skills. High level to detail.
  • The ability to help multiple customers simultaneously and to transition from one task to another with ease and efficiency.
  • Fundamental understanding of business mathematics.
  • Washington State CPH a plus.
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
