At Molbak’s, we want your shopping experience to be as positive as possible. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on all hard goods. If you’re not happy with a purchase, just bring your original receipt and your item to return within 30 days of the date of purchase, and we’ll give you a complete refund. (Note: All clearance sales are final.)

Molbak’s Plant Guarantee

Since plants are living things, we offer these additional guarantees on the plants we sell:

• Indoor Plants, Annuals, & Perennials: Guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase.
• Trees & Shrubs: Guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your plant purchase, simply bring the plant and your entire original sales receipt to Molbak’s during the guarantee period and receive a full refund.
