Molbak’s Jr. Garden Naturalist: Gardening for Pollinators
The second in a three-part series designed to deepen a natural curiosity and connection with gardening and nature for kids 8-12 years old.
P is for pollinator. Join Garden Educator Lisa Taylor as we dive into the ABCs of pollinators. Learn how to identify different pollinators, their needs and ways to create pollinator-friendly habitats. Learn about insect lifecycles and when they happen in our gardens.
Kids will make wildlife habitat signs, flower seed packets and a shallow water feature to take home for their backyard pollinator-friendly habitat.
Register separately for each class.
