COVID Accommodations

Do I need to wear a mask at Molbak’s?

Effective March 12, 2022:

With the Washington state mask mandate for indoor public places ending on Saturday, March 12th regardless of vaccination status, Molbak’s will no longer require customers or employees to wear masks in the store. Molbak’s welcomes customers who wish to continue wearing a mask and understands that our customers will have varying degrees of comfort with this change. Molbak’s will do our best to make you feel comfortable while shopping. We appreciate your business and thank you for your understanding during these times.

Are you limiting the amount of customers in the store?

We are following the Washington State protocols for COVID retail store capacity limits. We are not requiring reservations or limiting the number of customers in the store at this time.

Will you be hosting Girls’ Night Out events this year?

We are currently recreating our events programs, check back for upcoming events soon!

This beloved annual event raises significant funds for our local partner, Northwest Children’s Foundation. Our community is very important to us, and we encourage you to support them directly.

Is Molbak’s seminar space available for rent?

At times, we rent out our seminar space to garden clubs and horticultural groups for meetings or gatherings.

Do you allow dogs at Molbak’s?

We are a dog-friendly store.

How do I find out if Molbak’s has a specific plant in stock at the Woodinville Store?

Molbak’s Garden+Home is constantly receiving truckloads of fresh plants.

If you are unable to find the plant you are looking for in our limited online store, and want to plan your trip to the Woodinville store, you can email us at [email protected]

Do you have landscape design and construction services?

Do you have garden supplies?

We carry organic soils, fertilizers, beneficial insects, garden tools, bird feeders and all things garden related! We are your one-stop garden shopping experience! Learn MORE

Do you have outdoor furniture?

What is a beautiful garden without a place to sit and admire it? We carry all types of furniture for your outdoor enjoyment – umbrellas, table and chair sets, firepits – gas and wood, outdoor lighting, hammocks and heaters. Learn MORE

Do you carry vegetable starts?

We carry seasonal vegetable starts as well as seeds for summer and winter gardening.

Do you carry fountains and fountain pumps?

Yes – we have many fountains, fountain accessories and parts.

Online Ordering

If I placed an order online for local delivery, when does my order get delivered?

After you place an online order for local delivery, our team will contact you via email typically within 24-48 hours. The email will include a delivery day and time. If you have ordered indoor plants during the late fall or winter, you must be home to receive the delivery.

Right now our local delivery ONLY includes zip codes 98011, 98021, 98028, 98033, 98034, 98052, 98072, 98077.

We have a no-contact policy and we’ll be leaving your order at your doorstep.

If I placed an order online for curbside pickup, where do I go?

After you place an online order for Curbside Pickup, wait for an email letting you know your order is ready. You’ll find the Curbside Pickup area with the cones in our parking lot. You’ll call the number on the sign on the cone and tell us your stall number. We’ll bring your order out to your car. We have a no-contact policy – either open your trunk and we’ll load your car for you, or you can load your car and we’ll step back until you’re done and return the cart for you. May I sign up for an event or seminar online?

Yes. Take a look at our Events, and you can sign up for the workshop or event.

How do I buy a Molbak’s Gift Card?

We offer eGift Cards for purchase online – an electronic Gift Card will be emailed to you upon purchase. You can use eGift Cards online or in the store.
You can also give these cards as gifts. Simply forward the email to anyone you like, or print the card and wrap it up!
We also offer Gift Cards for purchase in the store.

Does Molbak’s offer a senior citizen and/or a military discount?

Yes. On Tuesdays, senior citizens (65+) and any retired or active military service members receive a ten percent discount on regular-priced items throughout the Woodinville, WA, store location. ID required.
